Sanjay Raut's Albania Arson Post Draws Flak From Party Colleague

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut suggested India should learn from violent protests in Albania, where demonstrators set the Supreme Court ablaze. His party colleague Priyanka Chaturvedi strongly disagreed, stating India does not need to learn from other nations and warning against taking the law into one's own hands. Chaturvedi also condemned suggestions to draw inspiration from protests in Bangladesh, citing their co-option by an Islamist movement. The BJP also criticized Raut's remarks, accusing the opposition of pushing democracy towards anarchy.

शिवसेना (यूबीटी) के नेता संजय राउत ने सुझाव दिया कि भारत को अल्बानिया में हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शनों से सीखना चाहिए, जहाँ प्रदर्शनकारियों ने Supreme Court को आग के हवाले कर दिया था। उनकी पार्टी की सहयोगी प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने दृढ़ता से असहमति जताई और कहा कि भारत को अन्य देशों से सीखने की ज़रूरत नहीं है और कानून को अपने हाथ में लेने के खिलाफ चेतावनी दी। चतुर्वेदी ने बांग्लादेश में विरोध प्रदर्शनों से प्रेरणा लेने के सुझावों की भी निंदा की, क्योंकि उन्हें एक इस्लामी आंदोलन द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया गया था। भाजपा ने भी राउत की टिप्पणियों की आलोचना की और विपक्ष पर लोकतंत्र को अराजकता की ओर धकेलने का आरोप लगाया।
