Heritage Walk Held Around Srirangam Temple

As part of World Tourism Day, the Tamil Nadu tourism department organised a heritage walk around the Srirangam temple in Trichy on Sunday. Approximately 200 college students participated in the event, walking along Uthira Veedhi and concluding at Vellai Gopuram. During the walk, students received information about the temple's history, architecture, and cultural significance. The event also featured a cultural performance and prize distribution for student activities, aiming to promote tourism awareness.
