Houthis Claim Airstrikes Hit Yemen Areas Under Their Control

Houthi rebels reported on Tuesday that multiple airstrikes targeted areas they control in Yemen. The rebel-run al-Masirah satellite television stated two strikes hit the Red Sea island of Kamaran and a third struck the Qanawis district. Airstrikes were also reported in Jawf province, bordering Saudi Arabia. The Houthis blamed Saudi Arabia for the attacks and claimed to have shot down a Saudi drone. These events followed Saudi Arabia sounding air raid sirens in Riyadh on Monday evening.
