Lucknow Development Authority Prepares for Naimish Nagar Scheme Phase 2 Approval

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is preparing to obtain approval for the layout of the second phase of its Naimish Nagar housing scheme. A proposal will be presented to the LDA board next week for its meeting. This extensive scheme is being developed across approximately 4,100 acres, with plans for over 20,000 plots in total. The first phase, which included 1,673 plots, saw registration open. Following the layout clearance for the remaining area, registration for the second phase plots will commence.

लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (LDA) अपनी नैमिष नगर आवास योजना के दूसरे चरण के लेआउट को मंजूरी दिलाने की तैयारी कर रहा है। अगले हफ्ते बोर्ड की बैठक में इसके लिए एक प्रस्ताव पेश किया जाएगा। यह बड़ी योजना करीब 4,100 एकड़ में फैलाई जा रही है, जिसमें कुल 20,000 से ज़्यादा प्लॉट बनाने की योजना है। पहले चरण में 1,673 प्लॉट शामिल थे, जिनके लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू हो चुका है। बाकी बचे इलाके के लेआउट को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद, दूसरे चरण के प्लॉटों के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू होगा।
