Ajay Devgn Clarifies Demolished Property Was Not His Bungalow

Reports emerged on Saturday morning claiming a section of Ajay Devgn and Kajol's Juhu bungalow was demolished by the BMC. This followed a stop-work notice over alleged unauthorised construction. However, a statement from Ajay's representatives clarified that the demolished property was a rented, separate property, not the actor's residence. The statement also asserted compliance with all BMC rules and regulations regarding ongoing renovation work. The BMC had previously alleged unauthorised internal alterations and structural work without necessary permissions.

शनिवार सुबह खबरें आईं कि अजय देवगन और काजोल के जुहू वाले बंगले का एक हिस्सा बीएमसी ने गिरा दिया है। यह कथित तौर पर अनधिकृत निर्माण पर 'स्टॉप-वर्क' नोटिस के बाद हुआ। हालांकि, अजय के प्रतिनिधियों की ओर से एक बयान में स्पष्ट किया गया कि गिराई गई प्रॉपर्टी किराए की एक अलग प्रॉपर्टी थी, न कि अभिनेता का निवास। बयान में यह भी कहा गया कि चल रहे नवीनीकरण कार्य के संबंध में सभी बीएमसी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन किया गया है। बीएमसी ने पहले आवश्यक अनुमति के बिना अनधिकृत आंतरिक बदलावों और ढांचागत काम का आरोप लगाया था।
