French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu has condemned the violence accompanying nationwide school protests, stating there is "no room for tolerance of violence." He emphasized that burning down a high school or attacking teachers would not improve educational conditions or address staff shortages. The protests, which began in September over deteriorating education, have spread nationally, involving students, teachers, and parents. Demonstrations have seen clashes with police, resulting in hundreds of injuries among students, staff, and officers, and over 6,000 arrests.
