Ghaziabad Development Authority's Harnandipuram Township Phase 1 Launch Expected by Year-End

GDA Harnandipuram township phase 1, located near Raj Nagar Extension, is anticipated to launch by the end of the year, likely in December. This launch is contingent upon receiving approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). GDA officials are optimistic that the approval process will be expedited due to the project being undertaken by the authority itself. Phase 1 of the township will span approximately 49.62 hectares, with its layout already approved by the GDA board. The overall township is planned across 501 hectares.
