Delhi School Reports Fake Disability Certificates Submitted for Nursery Admissions

Sanskriti School in New Delhi has reported the submission of forged disability certificates for nursery admissions under the Children with Special Needs category for the 2026-27 academic session. The school alerted Chanakyapuri police about suspected fake recommendatory letters and disability certificates, purportedly issued by a Delhi government hospital, claiming 41% hearing impairment. A preliminary inquiry confirmed the certificates were forged, leading police to register a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

नई दिल्ली के संस्कृति स्कूल ने 2026-27 शैक्षणिक सत्र के लिए विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों (Children with Special Needs) श्रेणी के तहत नर्सरी एडमिशन के लिए जाली दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र जमा करने की सूचना दी है। स्कूल ने कथित तौर पर दिल्ली सरकार के एक अस्पताल द्वारा जारी किए गए संदिग्ध नकली सिफारिश पत्रों और दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्रों के बारे में चाणक्यपुरी पुलिस को सतर्क किया, जिसमें 41% सुनने की अक्षमता का दावा किया गया था। प्रारंभिक जांच में प्रमाण पत्र नकली पाए गए, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया।
