Allahabad HC Seeks Replies on Extra Units, AOA Polls Delay

The Allahabad High Court has directed the developer of Express Garden Apartment in Indirapuram to submit an affidavit regarding the construction of 131 extra units beyond the sanctioned 536 flats. The court also demanded an affidavit from the AOA members, as allegations suggest the association has been functioning without elections since 2015. The developer claims the units were created by subdividing existing flats with necessary sanctions. The next hearing is scheduled for, with notices also issued to the Ghaziabad deputy registrar and GDA.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने इंदिरापुरम स्थित एक्सप्रेस गार्डन अपार्टमेंट के डेवलपर को स्वीकृत 536 फ्लैटों से परे 131 अतिरिक्त यूनिट्स के निर्माण के संबंध में एक हलफनामा जमा करने का निर्देश दिया है। अदालत ने एओए सदस्यों से भी एक हलफनामा मांगा है, क्योंकि आरोप हैं कि यह एसोसिएशन 2015 से बिना चुनाव के काम कर रहा है। डेवलपर का दावा है कि यूनिट्स मौजूदा फ्लैटों को विभाजित करके और आवश्यक मंजूरी के साथ बनाई गई थीं। अगली सुनवाई के लिए निर्धारित है, साथ ही गाजियाबाद के उप-पंजीयक और जीडीए को भी नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं।
