Indian pharmaceutical retail growth is showing strong demand-led expansion, with volume growth exceeding three percent in June. The industry outlook has been revised upwards to over eleven percent for this year. This surge is primarily driven by higher sales of lipid-lowering and cardiac therapies, alongside chronic therapies outpacing the market due to rising lifestyle diseases.

भारतीय दवा रिटेल में ज़बरदस्त मांग देखी जा रही है, जून में वॉल्यूम ग्रोथ तीन प्रतिशत से ऊपर रही। इस साल के लिए इंडस्ट्री का अनुमान बढ़कर ग्यारह प्रतिशत से ज़्यादा हो गया है। कोलेस्ट्रॉल कम करने वाली और दिल की बीमारियों की दवाओं की बिक्री बढ़ने से यह तेज़ी आई है। साथ ही, लाइफस्टाइल बीमारियों के कारण क्रॉनिक थेरेपीज़ की बिक्री भी बाज़ार से आगे निकल गई है।
