6 Ukrainians Get Bail in Rebel Training Case

A Delhi NIA court granted default bail to six Ukrainian nationals arrested in March for allegedly running a training camp for ethnic armed rebels in India and Myanmar. The court ordered their release on a Rs 1 lakh cash bond each. They were also discharged from offences under the Immigration and Foreigners Act after paying a Rs 5.5 lakh penalty each. The bail was granted on grounds of parity with an American co-accused.

यूक्रेनियों को विद्रोही प्रशिक्षण मामले में मिली ज़मानत

दिल्ली की NIA कोर्ट ने मार्च में पकड़े गए छह यूक्रेनी नागरिकों को डिफ़ॉल्ट जमानत दे दी है। इन पर भारत और म्यांमार में जातीय सशस्त्र विद्रोहियों के लिए ट्रेनिंग कैंप चलाने का आरोप था। कोर्ट ने हर एक को 1 लाख रुपये के कैश बॉन्ड पर रिहा करने का आदेश दिया। साथ ही, हर किसी पर 5.5 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाकर उन्हें इमिग्रेशन और फॉरेनर्स एक्ट के तहत आरोपों से बरी कर दिया गया।
