Mother-Son Duo Mowed Down By Train While Crossing Narrow Railway Bridge

A 65-year-old woman and her 32-year-old son tragically died after being struck by a train in Bodeli taluka, Chhota Udepur district. The incident occurred as they were crossing a narrow railway bridge over the Narmada canal on their way to a field. Police stated the bridge lacks sufficient space for pedestrians to move aside for approaching trains. Eyewitnesses reported the duo attempted to cross the bridge upon spotting the train, leading to the fatal accident.

बोडेली तालुका, छोटा उदयपुर जिले में एक 65 वर्षीय महिला और उसके 32 वर्षीय बेटे की ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से दुखद मौत हो गई। यह घटना तब हुई जब वे नर्मदा नहर पर बने एक संकरे रेलवे पुल को पार कर रहे थे और खेत की ओर जा रहे थे। पुलिस ने बताया कि पुल पर पैदल चलने वालों के लिए आने वाली ट्रेनों के लिए हटने की पर्याप्त जगह नहीं है। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि ट्रेन को देखकर दोनों ने पुल पार करने की कोशिश की, जिससे यह घातक दुर्घटना हुई।
