Welspun Living shares experienced an 11% surge, reaching an intraday high of ₹243 on Monday, following a significant profit increase. The company reported a 13-fold year-on-year rise in profit after tax to ₹169 crore for the second quarter of FY2027. Revenue from operations grew by 16.9% to ₹2,870 crore, with Ebitda more than doubling. The company also achieved a net-cash position, a notable improvement from its previous net debt. This strong performance has led to an outperformance against the broader market this year.

सोमवार को वेल्सपन लिविंग के शेयर 11% बढ़कर ₹243 के इंट्राडे हाई पर पहुंच गए। कंपनी ने वित्त वर्ष 2027 की दूसरी तिमाही में टैक्स के बाद मुनाफे में पिछले साल की तुलना में 13 गुना बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की, जो ₹169 करोड़ रहा। ऑपरेशंस से रेवेन्यू 16.9% बढ़कर ₹2,870 करोड़ हो गया, और Ebitda दोगुना से अधिक हो गया। कंपनी नेट-कैश पोजीशन पर भी आ गई, जो पहले के नेट डेट से एक बड़ा सुधार है। इस मजबूत प्रदर्शन के कारण कंपनी ने इस साल ब्रॉडर मार्केट को पीछे छोड़ दिया है।
