Manchester United manager Michael Carrick described the team's 1-1 draw against Leeds United as a "step forward," despite their ongoing winless streak. Bryan Mbeumo scored for United in the first half, but Dominic Calvert-Lewin equalized for Leeds early in the second. Carrick highlighted the team's discipline, structural solidity, and togetherness under pressure as positives. However, concerns about creativity and quality on the ball persist, leaving the team in the bottom half of the Premier League table.
