The Hindu - International · world

Ukraine has accused the United States of assisting Russia by failing to provide warnings about incoming missile strikes and hindering its military capabilities through Starlink system modifications. President Zelensky described the lack of notice for recent powerful strikes as "completely unjust," while a senior Kyiv official stated the U.S. had threatened to cease sharing intelligence on Russian missile launches. These actions, coupled with reported slower speeds on Starlink terminals used for drones, suggest a deliberate effort to weaken Ukraine's defense against Russian attacks.
