Lavrov Accuses Ukraine of Ship Attacks

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused Ukraine of carrying out attacks on commercial shipping in the Black Sea and Caspian Sea. He rejected claims that Russia has targeted civilian vessels. Lavrov stated that proposals from German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul regarding Ukraine and the Black Sea offered nothing new. He also criticized Germany and France for their handling of the Minsk agreements and raised concerns over an alleged Ukrainian strike on infrastructure linked to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.

रूसी विदेश मंत्री सर्गेई लावरोव ने यूक्रेन पर काला सागर और कैस्पियन सागर में वाणिज्यिक जहाजों पर हमले करने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने इस दावों को खारिज कर दिया कि रूस ने नागरिक जहाजों को निशाना बनाया है। लावरोव ने कहा कि यूक्रेन और काला सागर को लेकर जर्मन विदेश मंत्री जोहान वेडेफहुल के प्रस्तावों में कुछ भी नया नहीं था। उन्होंने मिन्स्क समझौतों को संभालने के तरीके पर जर्मनी और फ्रांस की भी आलोचना की और कैस्पियन पाइपलाइन कंसोर्टियम से जुड़े बुनियादी ढांचे पर कथित यूक्रेनी हमले पर चिंता जताई।
