Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has released an e-compendium of landmark verdicts from the Supreme Court and high courts concerning the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015. This initiative coincides with a national consultation on the Act's first decade, bringing together judges, judicial academies, and child welfare officials. The event aims to conduct an institutional audit of the Act's implementation and discuss future priorities. Justice Nagarathna highlighted the core philosophy of juvenile jurisprudence, emphasizing that the law must protect children who come into conflict with it.

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्य कांत ने जुवेनाइल जस्टिस एक्ट, 2015 से जुड़े सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाई कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक फैसलों का एक ई-कम्पेंडियम जारी किया है। यह पहल एक्ट के पहले दशक पर एक राष्ट्रीय परामर्श के साथ हो रही है, जिसमें जज, न्यायिक अकादमी और बाल कल्याण अधिकारी शामिल हो रहे हैं। इस कार्यक्रम का मकसद एक्ट के कार्यान्वयन का एक संस्थागत ऑडिट करना और भविष्य की प्राथमिकताओं पर चर्चा करना है। जस्टिस नागरत्ना ने जुवेनाइल ज्यूरिसप्रूडेंस के मूल दर्शन पर प्रकाश डाला, इस बात पर जोर देते हुए कि कानून को उन बच्चों की रक्षा करनी चाहिए जो इसके दायरे में आते हैं।
