The NEET PG 2026 counselling process has allocated seats to 28,723 candidates so far, revealing trends in medical specialty preferences. General Medicine has emerged as the most sought-after course, with 46% of the top 501 candidates choosing it. Radiology secured the second position, followed by Dermatology. General Surgery ranked fourth, and Obstetrics & Gynecology was the fifth most preferred specialty among the top candidates. These top five courses collectively attracted 91.6% of the selected candidates.

NEET PG 2026 काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में अब तक 28,723 उम्मीदवारों को सीटें आवंटित की गई हैं, जिससे मेडिकल स्पेशियलिटी की पसंद के रुझान सामने आए हैं। जनरल मेडिसिन सबसे ज्यादा मांगी जाने वाली कोर्स के रूप में उभरी है, जिसमें टॉप 501 उम्मीदवारों में से 46% ने इसे चुना है। रेडियोलॉजी दूसरे स्थान पर रही, जिसके बाद डर्मेटोलॉजी का स्थान आया। जनरल सर्जरी चौथे स्थान पर रही, और ऑब्स्टेट्रिक्स और गायनेकोलॉजी टॉप उम्मीदवारों के बीच पांचवीं सबसे पसंदीदा स्पेशियलिटी थी। इन टॉप पांच कोर्सेज ने मिलकर कुल चयनित उम्मीदवारों का 91.6% आकर्षित किया।
