Nagpur University Forms Task Force To Aid Students From Drought-Hit Areas

Nagpur University has established a special task force to support students from drought-affected regions facing educational challenges. This group will collaborate with colleges to ensure these students receive state government benefits and concessions. The task force is headed by Anup Palsokar, Director of Examinations and Evaluation, with other directors and a deputy registrar as members. This initiative follows directives from the higher and technical education minister to assist students impacted by drought conditions across 265 talukas in 34 districts due to deficient rainfall.
