Bellona Hospitality, the food and beverage arm of Phoenix Mills Ltd, aims to significantly expand its operations by FY30. The company is targeting a revenue of ₹600-650 crore and plans to grow its restaurant portfolio to 100 outlets across its various brands. Currently operating 32 restaurants in five cities, Bellona will invest ₹100 crore from internal accruals for this expansion. The growth will primarily focus on existing cities and new Phoenix Mall locations, with potential future expansion into other major markets.

Phoenix Mills Ltd की फ़ूड एंड बेवरेज कंपनी बेलॉना हॉस्पिटैलिटी FY30 तक अपने ऑपरेशन्स को काफ़ी बढ़ाने की तैयारी में है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य ₹600-650 करोड़ का रेवेन्यू हासिल करना है और अपने विभिन्न ब्रांड्स के तहत रेस्टोरेंट की संख्या बढ़ाकर 100 करने की योजना है। अभी पाँच शहरों में 32 रेस्टोरेंट चला रही बेलॉना, इस विस्तार के लिए ₹100 करोड़ का निवेश आंतरिक कमाई से करेगी। यह ग्रोथ मुख्य रूप से मौजूदा शहरों और नए Phoenix Mall लोकेशन्स पर केंद्रित होगी, और भविष्य में दूसरे बड़े बाज़ारों में भी विस्तार की संभावना है।
