N. Balasubrahmanyam Assumes Charge as APSRTC Vice-Chairman and MD

Senior IPS officer N. Balasubrahmanyam formally took charge as the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) on Friday. He emphasized that passenger safety, punctuality, cleanliness, and service improvements would be top priorities. Balasubrahmanyam also highlighted the need to introduce eco-friendly electric buses to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the financial stability of APSRTC. He urged officials and employees to work with dedication and teamwork to strengthen the corporation and improve public services.

वरिष्ठ IPS अधिकारी एन. बालासुब्रमण्यम ने शुक्रवार को आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम (APSRTC) के वाइस-चेयरमैन और प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में विधिवत कार्यभार संभाला। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि यात्रियों की सुरक्षा, समय की पाबंदी, स्वच्छता और सेवा में सुधार उनकी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताएं होंगी। बालासुब्रमण्यम ने परिचालन दक्षता बढ़ाने और APSRTC की वित्तीय स्थिरता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पर्यावरण-अनुकूल इलेक्ट्रिक बसों को पेश करने की आवश्यकता पर भी प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने निगम को मजबूत करने और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं में सुधार के लिए अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों से समर्पण और टीम वर्क के साथ काम करने का आग्रह किया।
