The Jharkhand Chief Minister's secretariat has directed the principal secretary of the urban development department to take action on the delayed recruitment of 141 junior engineers for JUIDCO. The direction follows a complaint from an aspirant regarding the stalled process initiated in 2018. Aspirants paid a Rs 2,000 fee for advertised positions in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Despite multiple follow-ups and even a letter from the Leader of Opposition, the recruitment remains incomplete, causing mental and financial distress to candidates nearing the age limit.

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय ने शहरी विकास विभाग के प्रधान सचिव को JUIDCO के लिए 141 जूनियर इंजीनियरों की भर्ती में देरी पर कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया है। यह निर्देश 2018 में शुरू की गई रुकी हुई प्रक्रिया के संबंध में एक उम्मीदवार द्वारा की गई शिकायत के बाद आया है। उम्मीदवारों ने सिविल, इलेक्ट्रिकल और मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में विज्ञापित पदों के लिए 2,000 रुपये का शुल्क भुगतान किया था। कई फॉलो-अप और विपक्ष के नेता के एक पत्र के बावजूद, भर्ती अधूरी बनी हुई है, जिससे आयु सीमा के करीब पहुंच रहे उम्मीदवारों को मानसिक और वित्तीय परेशानी हो रही है।
