जेन ज़ेड के लिए सीखने, डिग्री और नौकरी का पारंपरिक रास्ता AI और ऑटोमेशन की वजह से पुराना हो गया है। अब शिक्षा में अकादमिक नींव के साथ प्रैक्टिकल एप्लीकेशन स्किल्स को जोड़ना होगा। जानकारी आसानी से उपलब्ध है, इसलिए चुनौती छात्रों को इसे प्रभावी ढंग से समझने और सवाल पूछने के लिए सिखाना है। सीखने को विकसित क्षमताओं जैसे एनालिटिकल थिंकिंग और कम्युनिकेशन से मापा जाना चाहिए, न कि सिर्फ़ सिलेबस पूरा करने से। छात्रों को उनकी ताक़त पहचानने और अपने पेशेवर भविष्य के बारे में सोच-समझकर फ़ैसले लेने में मदद करने के लिए पर्सनलाइज़्ड लर्निंग और करियर काउंसलिंग भी ज़रूरी है।
