मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने वाली शख्सियत, मोनलिशा के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र को रद्द करने के फैसले को रद्द कर दिया है। मूल प्रमाण पत्र में उसकी जन्म तिथि दर्ज थी, जिससे उसे 18 साल की उम्र में आधिकारिक दस्तावेज प्राप्त करने और शादी करने की अनुमति मिली थी। उसके पिता ने बाद में दावा किया कि उसका जन्म 2009 में हुआ था, जिससे वह शादी के समय नाबालिग थी। कोर्ट ने पाया कि मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी ने मोनलिशा को सुनवाई का मौका दिए बिना जन्म प्रमाण पत्र में बदलाव किया, जिससे उसके मौलिक अधिकारों पर असर पड़ा।
