The coalition, which organized pro-democracy protests focused on early voter turnout, found its account inaccessible for several hours on Saturday. Meta explained that an automated security system, triggered by high-volume activity from an AI tool accessing profiles, mistakenly flagged the account as bot-like. While the account was eventually restored, the group criticized the platform's actions during a crucial period for voter outreach.
