IIIT Ranchi Student Death Prompts Ministry-Formed Panel

The Ministry of Education has formed a three-member committee to investigate the death of a student at IIIT Ranchi. Headed by Delhi University's South Campus Director Prof. Rajni Abbi, the committee will examine the circumstances of the incident, student facilities, and counselling systems. It will also assess compliance with institutional guidelines and identify systemic shortcomings. The ministry is also arranging interim administrative measures to ensure the institute's smooth functioning, prioritizing student welfare.

IIIT रांची में छात्र की मौत के बाद मंत्रालय ने बनाई जांच समिति

शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने IIIT रांची में एक छात्र की मौत की जांच के लिए तीन सदस्यीय समिति का गठन किया है। दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के साउथ कैंपस की निदेशक प्रो. रजनी अब्बी की अध्यक्षता वाली यह समिति घटना के हालात, छात्र सुविधाओं और परामर्श प्रणालियों की जांच करेगी। यह संस्थागत दिशानिर्देशों के अनुपालन का भी आकलन करेगी और प्रणालीगत कमियों की पहचान करेगी। मंत्रालय संस्थान के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अंतरिम प्रशासनिक उपाय भी कर रहा है, जिसमें छात्र कल्याण को प्राथमिकता दी गई है।
