Mumbai Bus Crash Kills Pillion Rider; FIR Filed Against Driver and Motorcyclist

A man died and another was severely injured in a road accident in Malad, Mumbai on Monday. The deceased, Saiful Baidya, fell from a motorcycle after it collided with an autorickshaw and then came under the wheels of a BEST bus. Police have registered an FIR against both the bus driver and the motorcyclist for negligence. The bus company stated the accident was not the driver's fault, as the two-wheeler lost balance before hitting the bus.

मुंबई के मलाड में सोमवार को एक सड़क हादसे में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई और दूसरा गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। मृतक सैफुल बैद्या एक ऑटो रिक्शा से टकराने के बाद मोटरसाइकिल से गिर गया और फिर BEST बस के पहियों के नीचे आ गया। पुलिस ने लापरवाही के आरोप में बस चालक और मोटरसाइकिल चालक दोनों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है। बस कंपनी ने कहा कि यह दुर्घटना चालक की गलती नहीं थी, क्योंकि दोपहिया वाहन बस से टकराने से पहले ही संतुलन खो बैठा था।
