नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) में सिर्फ 24 स्थायी कर्मचारी ही काम कर रहे हैं। बाकी 197 कर्मचारी कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर या आउटसोर्स किए गए हैं। इतने कम स्थायी लोगों के भरोसे इतने बड़े इम्तिहान कराना, एजेंसी की क्षमता और भविष्य की स्थिरता पर सवाल खड़े करता है। यह व्यवस्था परीक्षाओं को ठीक से संभालने में कितनी कारगर होगी, यह देखना होगा।
