NSE IPO: Shareholders Retain Significant Stakes Post-Sale

Despite tendering shares in the Rs 22,569-crore National Stock Exchange (NSE) IPO, most existing shareholders have retained substantial stakes. Institutional investors, who collectively owned 36.82% before the IPO, offered shares equivalent to a 5.11% stake. Major investors like Aranda Investments and Stock Holding Corporation of India reduced their holdings by only around 7%. The offer-for-sale structure allows investors to realize some investment while maintaining significant ownership.

नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NSE) के ₹22,569 करोड़ के IPO में शेयर बेचने के बावजूद, ज़्यादातर मौजूदा शेयरधारकों ने अपनी बड़ी हिस्सेदारी बनाए रखी है। IPO से पहले कुल 36.82% हिस्सेदारी रखने वाले संस्थागत निवेशकों ने केवल 5.11% हिस्सेदारी के बराबर शेयर बेचे। Aranda Investments और Stock Holding Corporation of India जैसे बड़े निवेशकों ने अपनी हिस्सेदारी लगभग 7% ही कम की। इस 'ऑफर-फॉर-सेल' से निवेशकों को कुछ पैसा निकालने और साथ ही बड़ी हिस्सेदारी बनाए रखने का मौका मिला है।
