AIIMS gets DUAC nod for new critical care

AIIMS has received approval from the Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC) for a new critical care and infectious diseases block, along with a multi-level parking facility. The commission cleared the revised building plan after the Central Public Works Department submitted updated drawings and addressed previous concerns. DUAC mandated compliance with design, parking, and sustainability norms, including screening of utility equipment. The project aims to enhance critical care services and infrastructure at AIIMS, forming part of its broader expansion plans.

को दिल्ली शहरी कला आयोग (DUAC) से एक नई क्रिटिकल केयर और संक्रामक रोग ब्लॉक के साथ-साथ एक मल्टी-लेवल पार्किंग सुविधा के लिए मंजूरी मिल गई है। केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा अद्यतन चित्र प्रस्तुत करने और पिछली चिंताओं को दूर करने के बाद आयोग ने संशोधित भवन योजना को मंजूरी दी। DUAC ने डिजाइन, पार्किंग और स्थिरता मानदंडों के अनुपालन को अनिवार्य किया, जिसमें उपयोगिता उपकरणों की स्क्रीनिंग भी शामिल है। इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य AIIMS में क्रिटिकल केयर सेवाओं और बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाना है, जो इसकी व्यापक विस्तार योजनाओं का हिस्सा है।
