India's Union Minister Piyush Goyal stated that the interim trade agreement with the United States will be finalised considering changed circumstances. Both nations had agreed on a framework for this deal in February. India is seeking lower tariffs for its products in the US market compared to its competitors. Negotiations are also underway for trade agreements with Israel, Chile, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the Eurasian Economic Union. The minister did not elaborate on the specific changes in circumstances affecting the deal.
