Jeep India has launched a new Sport 9AT variant of its popular Compass SUV, priced at ₹21.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model offers an automatic gearbox option in the entry-level Compass variant, making it more accessible for buyers seeking a premium diesel SUV with an automatic transmission. The Sport 9AT is equipped with a 2.0-liter MultiJet II diesel engine producing 170 hp and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Deliveries for this variant are scheduled to commence in the second week of November 2026.
