Human Rights Body Seeks Action On Minors' Presence At Mumbai Protest

A human rights commission has taken action following the alleged participation of minors in a protest organised by the CJP in Mumbai. Notices have been issued to the Mumbai Police Commissioner, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and X Corp. Maharashtra's Women and Child Development Department has also received a notice. All parties have been asked to submit their action taken reports within a week. This action aims to ensure child protection laws are upheld during public demonstrations.

एक मानवाधिकार आयोग ने मुंबई में CJP द्वारा आयोजित विरोध प्रदर्शन में कथित तौर पर नाबालिगों की भागीदारी के बाद कार्रवाई की है। मुंबई पुलिस आयुक्त, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय और X Corp को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। महाराष्ट्र के महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग को भी एक नोटिस मिला है। सभी पक्षों से एक सप्ताह के भीतर की गई कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट जमा करने को कहा गया है। इस कार्रवाई का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शनों के दौरान बाल संरक्षण कानूनों का पालन किया जाए।
