Aptus Value Housing Finance Reports 18% Rise in Q2 Profit to Rs 267 Crore

Aptus Value Housing Finance India announced an 18 per cent increase in net profit for the second quarter ended September 2026, reaching Rs 267 crore. This marks a significant rise from the Rs 227 crore profit reported in the same period last year. The company's total income also grew to Rs 634 crore from Rs 554 crore, driven by higher interest income. Despite a marginal increase in gross non-performing assets to 1.7 per cent, the Assets Under Management saw a 20 per cent jump to Rs 14,177 crore.

एप्टस वैल्यू हाउसिंग फाइनेंस इंडिया ने सितंबर 2026 को समाप्त दूसरी तिमाही के लिए अपने शुद्ध लाभ में 18 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की घोषणा की है, जो 267 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है। यह पिछले साल की इसी अवधि में रिपोर्ट किए गए 227 करोड़ रुपये के लाभ से एक महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि है। कंपनी की कुल आय भी ब्याज आय में वृद्धि के कारण 554 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 634 करोड़ रुपये हो गई। सकल गैर-निष्पादित परिसंपत्तियों (NPA) में 1.7 प्रतिशत तक मामूली वृद्धि के बावजूद, प्रबंधन के तहत संपत्ति (AUM) में 20 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि होकर 14,177 करोड़ रुपये हो गई।
