NHRC has issued a notice regarding allegations of child abuse during a protest by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) at Mumbai's Shivaji Park. The NHRC took cognisance after a complaint cited videos showing children being lifted above the crowd and holding the national flag. The complaint also referred to purported group chat discussions about involving minors, potentially as a shield against police action. The NHRC has directed Mumbai Police to examine evidence and register an FIR if a cognisable offence is found.

एनएचआरसी ने मुंबई के शिवाजी पार्क में कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान कथित बाल शोषण के संबंध में एक नोटिस जारी किया है। एनएचआरसी ने एक शिकायत के बाद संज्ञान लिया जिसमें बच्चों को भीड़ के ऊपर उठाए जाने और राष्ट्रीय ध्वज पकड़े हुए दिखाने वाले वीडियो का हवाला दिया गया था। शिकायत में पुलिस कार्रवाई से बचाव के लिए नाबालिगों को शामिल करने के बारे में कथित ग्रुप चैट चर्चाओं का भी उल्लेख किया गया था। एनएचआरसी ने मुंबई पुलिस को सबूतों की जांच करने और यदि कोई संज्ञेय अपराध पाया जाता है तो एफआईआर दर्ज करने का निर्देश दिया है।
