Sihor police in Bhavnagar district have registered a case against a man after his 45-year-old wife allegedly died by suicide. The case was filed based on a complaint by the deceased's brother, alleging years of physical and mental harassment by her husband over character suspicions. The family stated the harassment intensified recently, pushing her to take the extreme step. The couple had been married for 25 years and had a 22-year-old son. The deceased had reportedly expressed her distress and suicidal thoughts to her mother.

भावनगर जिले की सिहोर पुलिस ने 45 वर्षीय पत्नी की कथित आत्महत्या के बाद एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। यह मामला मृतक के भाई द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई शिकायत के आधार पर दर्ज किया गया है, जिसमें उसने पति पर चरित्र पर शक के चलते वर्षों से शारीरिक और मानसिक उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया है। परिवार ने बताया कि हाल ही में उत्पीड़न बढ़ गया था, जिससे उसने यह चरम कदम उठाया। इस जोड़े की शादी को 25 साल हो गए थे और उनका एक 22 साल का बेटा है। मृतक ने कथित तौर पर अपनी मां से अपनी परेशानी और आत्महत्या के विचारों के बारे में बताया था।
