Technopark Phase III to Get 2 Lakh Sq Ft Prefab IT Building; Minister to Lay

Technopark's Phase III campus in Thiruvananthapuram is set to receive a new 12-storey prefabricated IT building, adding over 2 lakh sq ft of office space. IT and industries minister P K Kunhalikutty will lay the foundation stone for the Rs 90 crore project on Tuesday. The building, to be constructed on 1.5 acres, is expected to be completed within 15 months. This expansion aims to meet the growing demand for IT infrastructure and provide more opportunities for companies within the Technopark ecosystem.

टेक्नोपार्क फेज III में 2 लाख वर्ग फुट की प्रीफैब आईटी बिल्डिंग मिलेगी; मंत्री रखेंगे

तिरुवनंतपुरम में टेक्नोपार्क के फेज III कैंपस में 12 मंजिला प्रीफैब्रिकेटेड आईटी बिल्डिंग बनने जा रही है, जिससे 2 लाख वर्ग फुट से ज़्यादा ऑफिस स्पेस मिलेगा। आईटी और उद्योग मंत्री पी के कुन्हालिकुट्टी मंगलवार को 90 करोड़ रुपये की इस परियोजना की नींव रखेंगे। 1.5 एकड़ में बनने वाली इस बिल्डिंग के 15 महीनों में पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। इस विस्तार का मकसद आईटी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की बढ़ती मांग को पूरा करना और टेक्नोपार्क इकोसिस्टम के भीतर कंपनियों के लिए ज़्यादा मौके देना है।
