The process involves opening the BHIM app, selecting the NPS option, entering birthdate, choosing a pre-KYC bank account, and making an initial contribution via UPI. तत्काल एनपीएस सुविधा की शुरुआत के साथ भीम ऐप के माध्यम से एनपीएस खातों को अब और आसानी से खोला जा सकता है। 18 से 85 वर्ष की आयु के पात्र भारतीय नागरिक अब घर बैठे, बिना ज्यादा कागजी कार्रवाई के डिजिटल रूप से एनपीएस खाता खोल सकते हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में भीम ऐप खोलना, एनपीएस विकल्प चुनना, जन्मतिथि दर्ज करना, प्री-केवाईसी बैंक खाता चुनना और यूपीआई के माध्यम से प्रारंभिक योगदान करना शामिल है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य रिटायरमेंट प्लानिंग को सरल बनाना और अधिक लोगों को अपने भविष्य के लिए निवेश शुरू करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है।
