Police have registered multiple cases recently, including two FIRs at Fatorda and Margao police stations. One complaint details alleged false declarations in sale deeds concerning properties in Curtorim, while another FIR involves a Rs 75 lakh bank loan obtained using a previously mortgaged property as collateral. These incidents highlight ongoing challenges in property transactions and financial security within the region.
