Hubballi will host the South Zone Inter-University Women's Badminton Tournament 2026 from October 18 to 21, featuring 102 teams from six southern states. KLE Technological University is organizing the event at the Dr. Prabhakar Kore Sports Arena. Karnataka leads with 38 teams, followed by Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Four teams have direct entry into the quarterfinals based on last year's performance. Over 500 participants and 150 officials are expected, with arrangements for transport and accommodation made.
