NCB Busts Interstate Cocaine Trafficking Network

The Narcotics Control Bureau's Kochi unit has busted an interstate cocaine trafficking network, arresting seven individuals. Among those apprehended are three people deported from the UAE and two foreign nationals. The operation resulted in the seizure of 33.1 grams of suspected cocaine. Investigations revealed the network involved sourcing drugs from Bengaluru and supplying them to various peddlers and consumers. The arrested individuals had prior drug-related offenses in the UAE.

नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB) की कोच्चि यूनिट ने एक बड़े अंतरराज्यीय कोकीन तस्करी नेटवर्क का भंडाफोड़ किया है। इस मामले में सात लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पकड़े गए लोगों में तीन यूएई से निर्वासित किए गए हैं और दो विदेशी नागरिक हैं। एनसीबी ने 33.1 ग्राम कोकीन भी जब्त की है। पता चला है कि यह गिरोह बेंगलुरु से ड्रग्स मंगवाकर आगे बेचता था। गिरफ्तार लोगों पर यूएई में भी ड्रग्स से जुड़े मामले दर्ज थे।
