NCTE Warns Against Fake Notice on TGT Eligibility Criteria

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has issued a warning regarding a fake notice circulating on social media that falsely claims specific eligibility criteria for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) appointments. The misleading notice asserts that candidates must possess a valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualification and at least 50% marks in graduation. The NCTE has clarified that it did not issue this notice and that these conditions are not currently in effect.
