Farmer's Wife Dies by Suicide After Family Dispute; Husband Follows Suit

A 40-year-old woman in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, consumed poison following a family dispute. She was taken to a private hospital in Bareilly, where she later died. Upon hearing the news of his wife's death, her 45-year-old husband was overcome with grief and shock. He then ended his life by hanging himself. The couple, identified as Rajendra Prasad and his wife Rampa Devi, were residents of Patiyag village. Police have initiated an investigation into the tragic incident, collecting evidence and awaiting post-mortem reports.
