Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that escalating international conflicts could reach a dangerous 'fatal point of no return,' urging against the use of weapons of mass destruction. Speaking at the Valdai Forum, he emphasized that leading powers possess arsenals capable of destroying all life. Putin also suggested Western technical support for Ukraine amounts to direct involvement in the conflict. He noted Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries have cost Russia 1% of its GDP and damaged over 100 vessels in the Black Sea.
