Union Minister Flags Delay in Land for Mandya Testing Facilities

Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy has expressed concern to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar regarding the delayed allocation of land for two crucial testing facilities in Mandya district. These proposed centers, a Construction and Infrastructure Equipment Testing Centre and an Electric Vehicle Testing Centre, are initiatives by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). The facilities aim to bolster India's automotive and electric mobility sectors, foster technological advancement, and generate industrial and employment opportunities within the region.

केंद्रीय भारी उद्योग और इस्पात मंत्री एच.डी. कुमारस्वामी ने मुख्यमंत्री डी.के. शिवकुमार को मांड्या जिले में दो महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षण सुविधाओं के लिए भूमि आवंटन में हो रही देरी के बारे में चिंता जताई है। ये प्रस्तावित केंद्र, एक निर्माण और अवसंरचना उपकरण परीक्षण केंद्र और एक इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन परीक्षण केंद्र, ऑटोमोटिव रिसर्च एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (ARAI) की पहल हैं। इन सुविधाओं का उद्देश्य भारत के ऑटोमोटिव और इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी क्षेत्रों को बढ़ावा देना, तकनीकी उन्नति को प्रोत्साहित करना और क्षेत्र के भीतर औद्योगिक और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करना है।
