Gangster Chhota Rajan Acquitted in 2009 Attempted Murder Case

A CBI Special Court has acquitted gangster Chhota Rajan and four other accused in the 2009 attempt to murder case of Shiv Sena leader Ajay Bhosale in Pune. The court cleared all five individuals of charges including attempt to murder, criminal conspiracy, and violations under the Arms Act. Rajan, who is 70 years old, participated in the court proceedings via video conference from Tihar Jail, where he is currently incarcerated.

एक CBI स्पेशल कोर्ट ने पुणे में शिवसेना नेता अजय भोसले की 2009 में हत्या के प्रयास के मामले में गैंगस्टर छोटा राजन और चार अन्य आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने हत्या के प्रयास, आपराधिक साजिश और आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत उल्लंघन सहित सभी आरोपों से पांचों व्यक्तियों को बरी कर दिया। 70 वर्षीय राजन, जो वर्तमान में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद हैं, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जेल से कोर्ट की कार्यवाही में शामिल हुए।
