A five-year-old boy in Michigan has been honoured for his bravery after his grandmother collapsed during a medical emergency. The child, Hudson Tenn, realised his grandmother was unwell and, with his three-year-old sister Harper, sought help from neighbours. Passing residents Jason and Colton Markel spotted the children and called 911, then followed Hudson back to the house. Emergency responders arrived and treated the grandmother, who had collapsed due to dehydration. Both children later received Citizen Citation Awards, becoming the youngest recipients in St. Clair County history.
