Asbestos Plant Reports No Staff Illnesses in 20

Everest Industries Ltd stated it has no records of asbestos-related diseases among its employees at the Kymore plant over the past two decades. The company has not tested nearby residential areas for asbestos contamination, citing no legal requirement to do so. While aware of international compensation claims linked to the plant's asbestos legacy, the company claims ignorance regarding specific resident claims. The company also noted that legacy asbestos waste is sequestered in a yard it does not own.
