The brokerage maintained its Buy rating on both companies, citing expectations of stronger earnings growth and business diversification. Dr Reddy's target is set at Rs 1,489, while Aurobindo Pharma's target is raised to Rs 1,975. This outlook is supported by expected revenue growth, margin recovery, and new product launches.
