कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके ने विपक्षी पार्टियों से कहा है कि अगर उन्हें लगता है कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया में धांधली हो रही है, तो उन्हें चुनाव का बहिष्कार करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे में चुनाव लड़ना एक फिक्स मैच खेलने जैसा है, जिससे गलत सिस्टम को ही बढ़ावा मिलता है। दिपके के अनुसार, ऐसी स्थिति में चुनाव लड़ते रहने से निष्पक्षता का भ्रम बना रहता है। यह बयान मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की मांग और आंदोलन की धमकी के बाद आया है।
